NOTIFICATION
The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry has been pleased
to appoint Thiru A. Senthilkumar, Advocate, Karaikal as
the Additional Assistant Public Prosecutor for Karaikal
region under section 25 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
on full-time basis on consolidated monthly remuneration
of ` 13,500 (Rupees thirteen thousand and five hundred
only) with eight days casual leave and two days restricted
holidays to conduct cases in the Judicial Magistrates’
Court at Karaikal region under the control and supervision
of the Director of Prosecution, Puducherry in the
Law Department, Puducherry until further orders.

ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred under
sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Puducherry Hindu
Religious Institutions Act, 1972 the Government hereby
appoint Thiru S. Sreenivasan, Private Secretary to
the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, as Special Officer to
Sri Vedapureeswarar Sri Varadaraja Perumal Devasthanam,
No. 22, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Puducherry vice
Thiru S. Vaittianadane, Director, Directorate of Economics
and Statistics, Puducherry.
Thiru S. Sreenivasan, Private Secretary to the
Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, shall take over the
administration of Sri Vedapureeswarar Sri Varadaraja
Perumal Devasthanam, No. 22, Mahatma Gandhi Road,
Puducherry with all its movable and immovable
properties, records, etc., and shall look after the affairs
of the temple in addition to his existing duties. He shall
comply with the provisions contained in the Puducherry
Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972 and the rules
made thereunder.

(G.O. Rt. No. 64/AIL/Lab./J/2013, dated 13th May 2013)
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an
industrial dispute has arisen between the management
of M/s. Pondicherry Municipal Services Private
Limited and Centre of Indian Trade Union, over
non-employment of 15 employees in respect of the
matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of the Government,
it is necessary to refer the said dispute for
adjudication;
Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated
vide G. O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab., dated 23-5-1991 of the
Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers
conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10
of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV
of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to
Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred
to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication.
The Labour Court, Puducherry shall submit the
award within 3 months from the date of issue of
reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of
section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and
in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial
Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the
dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with
relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to
the Labour Court, Puducherry within 15 days of the
receipt of the order of reference and also forward a
copy of such statement to each one of the opposite
parties involved in the dispute.

justified?
