the Puducherry Value Added Tax Act, 2007 (Act No. 9 of 2007) and all other
powers enabling in this behalf and in supersession of the Orders No. 3876/CTD/
VAT/2007, dated 9th May 2008 published in Extraordinary Part-I, Gazette of
Puducherry, No. 36, dated 13th May 2008 and No. 1793/CTD/VAT/2011-12,
dated 6th May 2011 published in Extraordinary Part-I, Gazette of Puducherry,
No. 60, dated 9th May 2011, the Union Territory level “Authority for Clarification
and Advance Rulings” is hereby reconstituted with immediate effect with the
