NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of sub-clause (2) of clause 24 of the Puducherry Building
Bye-laws and Zoning Regulations, 2012 and in supersession of the notification
issued in G.O. Ms. No. 190/77-UD, dated 21st November 1977 published in
the Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 275, dated 30th November 1977, save as
respect of things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,
the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry has been pleased to reconstitute the
"Registration Committee” consisting of the following officials for the purpose of
registering the Town Planners/Engineers/Architects/Structural Engineers/Quality
Auditors/ Construction Engineers/Developers/Licensed Supervisors and permitting
them to practise with the planning areas in the Union territory of Puducherry,
namely:–
