ORDER

Consequent to the deficit and uneven distribution of rainfall during

the north-east monsoon and inadequate receipt of Cauvery water,

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry declares the Karaikal District of Union territory

of Puducherry as drought hit region for the fasli year 1422.
