recommending the Non-Government Organisations for

shall prioritise its recommendations in different areas

according to the local conditions and needs within the

national allocation by the Central Government. This

committee shall recommend all the centrally sponsored

schemes of the Social Welfare Department. Based on the

recommendation of the committee the suitability of the

Non-Government Organisations shall be assessed by

the inspecting team of the department through its Field

Officers.

application by post should send a requisition letter with a self-addressed envelope of size 23 x 10 cm. with ` 10 postage

stamp affixed thereon along with the money order receipt (postal order shall not be accepted).

Application forms complete in all respects together with the attested copies of the relevant certificates should be

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an

industrial dispute has arisen between the management

of M/s. Hindustan Unilever Limited, Detergent Factory

and Hindustan Unilever Workers’ Union over illegal

deduction of wages in respect of the matter mentioned

in the Annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is

necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated

vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab., dated 23-5-1991 of the

Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers

conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10

of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV

of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to

Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred

to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication.

The Labour Court, Puducherry shall submit the award

within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as

stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with

rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central)

Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a

statement of claim complete with relevant documents,

list of reliances and witnesses to the Labour Court,

Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order

of reference and also forward a copy of such statement

to each one of the opposite parties involved in the

dispute.

day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers. If the day

opening for tender happen to be a holiday for any

reason the tender will be opened by the same time on

the next working day.

3. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

4. The interested tenderers should deposit an

earnest money deposit of ` 100 (Rupees one hundred

only) in cash along with tender. The earnest money

deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded

after the tenders are opened and successful tender has

been selected.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the said

articles during office hours on any working day with

the permission of the undersigned.

6. The undersigned reserves the right either to

accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning

any reason. Contravention of the rules of the tender

notice will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money

deposit.

7. The successful tenderer shall arrange to weigh the

old newspapers, pay the cost thereof along with the

applicable sales tax and remove the old newspapers

within 24 hours from the time of the tender sale is over.

8. On failure of the arrangement to remove the
