And whereas, the Government of Puducherry considers it expedient

to add the terms of reference made to the committee constituted in the

aforesaid Government order;

Now, therefore, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry has been

pleased to amend the aforesaid Government order as follows, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Government order, dated 22-5-2013, in para 4, after

sub-para (iii), the following shall be inserted, namely :-

“(iii) (a) To make recommendations for the fixation of total

number of members excluding Chairperson in each Municipality.”
