In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
s e c t i o n 7 5 o f t h e P u d u c h e r r y Va l u e A d d e d Ta x A c t , 2 0 0 7
(Act No. 9 of 2007) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf,
the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry being satisfied that it is
