Mark Certificate under Register Number 320479 bearing Serial

No. AA 3174093 of March 1995 session in respect of

SA. Karunanithi, an ex-pupil of Thanthai Periyar

Government Higher Secondary School, Karaikal is reported

to have been lost and beyond the scope of recovery and it is

proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If the original

certificate is to be found by anybody, it should be sent to the

Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-6 for

cancellation as it is no longer valid.

ORDER

In the G.O. Ms. No. 10, dated 27-1-2000 of Department

of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel

Wing), Puducherry, the administrative control of

Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College was transferred

from the Education Department to Law Department,

Puducherry. In Writ Petition No. 19528 of 2013, it was

prayed by one Thiru I. Suriya, son of Ilayakumaran,

Puducherry to transfer back the administrative control

to Education Department. The prayer was allowed by

Hon’ble High Court in its order, dated 26-7-2013 in the

said Writ Petition.

2. The Government considered the orders of Hon’ble

High Court and decided to revert back the administrative

control to Education Department.

3. Now, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to order

transferring the administrative control of Dr. Ambedkar

Government Law College, Puducherry from the Law

Department to the Directorate of Higher and Technical

Education, Puducherry with immediate effect.
