NOTIFICATION
Whereas, a detention order was issued against Thiru Chozhan,
S/o. Ramachandiran, North Vaikkal Street, Pitchaiveeranpet, Puducherry vide Order
No. l6/DM/RO/D2/PPASAA/2013, dated 3-10-2013 under the provisions of
Puducherry Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2008 (Act No. 10 of 2010)
and the said detention order had also been approved by the Government of
Puducherry within the stipulated period of 12 days as prescribed in the said Act
vide G.O. Ms. No. 55, dated 10-10-2013 of Home Department, Puducherry;
