2. Sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Director, Department of Art and Culture, Puducherry

duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase of old newspapers and periodicals” and

they should reach this office on or before 27-12-2013

at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m.

on the same day in the presence of the tenderers if any

in the office of the undersigned.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a

sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest

money deposit to the Cashier, Department of Art and

The tenders without earnest money deposit will be

Sealed tenders on behalf of the President of India

are invited by the Director (C/D), Department of

Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare, Puducherry

for the purchase of unserviceable dead stock items

and other scrap items, belonging to this department,

in as-is-where-is condition.

2. Copies of the tender schedules with terms and

conditions

purchase

unserviceable dead stock items and other scrap items,

can be had from this office on payment of ` 105

(Rupees one hundred and five only) inclusive of tax

(non-refundable) either by money order up to

5.00 p.m. on 11-12-2013 or by cash up to 5.00 p.m. on

18-12-2013. If sent by money order the address of the

remitter should be clearly indicated in the

communication space of the money order form. This

department will not be held any responsibility for the

postal delay. The tender notice is also available in

the official website : http://ahd.puducherry.gov.in.

3. Sealed tenders will be received by this office

up to 1.00 p.m. on 19-12-2013 and opened at 3.30 p.m.

on the same day in the presence of the tenderers,
