CORRIGENDUM

The fourth paragraph of the G.O. Ms. No. 23, dated 6-5-2013 of the Chief Secretariat (Art and Culture)

Government of Puducherry may be corrected to read as follows :

For

This notification shall come into force on and from

the date of its publication in the offical gazette.

Read

This notification shall be deemed to have come into

force from the 1st day of April 2008.

2. The other terms and conditions of the abovesaid Government Order remains unaltered.

I state that after my said marriage I have changed

my initial as ‘S’. The alphabet ‘S’ being the first letter

of my husband Sendhilvel’s name.

Therefore, I do hereby declare that the said name

‘R. Thilagavalli’ and the said name ‘S. Thilagavalli’

refer to, identify one and the same person that is

myself the deponent herein. I state that I shall

henceforth be known and identified by the name

‘S. Thilagavalli’ only for all purpose.

I state that what are all stated in the above

paragraphs is true and correct to the best of my

knowledge.
