Special conditions :

1. Participating tenderers should produce the documentary evidence for owning the dredger and mobilize

the equipment immediately on award of work. If the contractor fails to complete the work in time an amount equal

to 3% per month on the tendered value of work shall be levied on the contractor and binding.

2. The dredger shall be mobilized and the work shall be commenced within fifteen days of the written order

to commence the work.

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical

Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry

for the lease of usufructs at ESI Hospital campus,

Gorimedu, Puducherry. The details of usufructs and

the duration of the lease of usufructs are given in the

Annexure.

2. The rates for the above usufructs should be

quoted for all trees in a lot.

3. The tender in sealed cover superscribing as

‘Tender for lease of usufructs’ should be addressed to

the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu,

Puducherry and sent to this office on or before

13-3-2014 (Thursday) at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be

opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence

of the tenderers present at that time. If the day for

opening the tender happens to be a public holiday for

any reason, the tenders will be received and opened

by the same time on the next working day.

4. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed

tender, open auction will be conducted at 11.30 a.m.

on 13-3-2014 (Thursday).

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in

cash as earnest money deposit with this office while

submitting their tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the

tenders are finalised.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason

thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount of bid immediately and usufructs will be

maintained at his own risk and expenses.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected

extra.

11. The usufructs trees can be inspected during

office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the

usufructs trees will be entertained after opening the

tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited offering the rate for a lot

for the purchase of unserviceable items mentioned in

the Annexure in as-is-where-is condition belongs to the

Department of Women and Child Development,

Puducherry.

2. The tenders in sealed cover superscribed as

“Tender for the purchase of unserviceable items” should

be addressed to the Senior Accounts Officer,

Department of Women and Child Development,

before 11.00 a.m. on 19-3-2014. The tenders will be

opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence

of tenderers, if any.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money deposit of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only).

The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded after finalising the tender

and that of the successful tenderer will be forfeited

towards the cost of the items.

4. Further, in the event of successful tenderer failing

to pay the cost in full and lift the items at the agreed

rate at their own expenses within two days from the

date of finalisation of the tender, the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited in favour of the Government

and the concerned tenderer will lose the rights. If the

said last day happens to be a Government holiday the

date will be extended till the next working day, on receipt

of specific request in writing from the tenderer.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

thereof. Any contravention of the rules of tender notice

will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

6. No claim about the quantity, quality and the value

of the sold goods will be admitted. The removal of items

from this office shall be only during working hours.

7. Sales tax will be collected as per existing rates.
