ANNEXURE

MODUS OPERANDI/ OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR

CONSTITUTION OF A STATE LEVEL COMMITTEE AND

ASSISTANCE FOR ESTABLISHING HORTICULTURE

ENTERPRISES AT 25% STATE SUBSIDY NOT EXCEEDING

RUPEES FIVE LAKHS

1. Short title, extent and commencement.— This scheme shall be

called as "Assistance for Establishing Horticultural Enterprise/Projects

otherwise requires,—

horticulture produce like fruits, vegetables and flowers at

controlled temperature for a certain period and then to market the

produce at the right time to fetch higher price;

favours the crop production throughout the year;

assistance from the State budget not exceeding of ` 5.00 lakhs would

be provided to individual farmers/Farmers’ Association for establishing
