NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Puducherry Excise Act, 1970

(No. 12 of 1970), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry hereby appoints the Sector Officers on Election duties as Excise

Inspectors under the said Act within the limits of their respective jurisdiction to exercise the powers and perform

the duties of the Excise Inspectors under the said Act for the period from the 29th March 2014 to 24th April 2014.
