It is hereby informed that the original Provisional

National Trade Certificate of Thiru A. Rajavelu, an

ex-trainee of Government Industrial Training Institute

for Men, Mettupalayam, Puducherry, in the trade of

Mechanic (Refrigeration and Air-conditioning) for the

period from August 2007 to July 2009 is reported to

have been lost beyond the scope of recovery and it is

proposed to issue duplicate certificate to the candidate.

If the Provisional National Trade Certificate is found by

anybody, it should be sent to the undersigned, as it is

no longer valid.

NOTICE OF ATTACHMENT

Notice of atttachment to M/s. Amirtham Petroleum

Agencies, Madagadipet, Puducherry in the village

Madagadipet Revenue Village of Villianur Taluk, Puducherry.

Take notice that as you have not paid or shown sufficient

cause for the non-payment of ` 31,34,055 (Rupees thirty-

one lakhs thirty-four thousand and fifty-five only) although

the said sum has been duly demanded in writing from you,

the landed property belonging to you is hereby placed under

attachment and that unless the arrear due by you with interest

@ 12% per annum and other charges be paid within fifteen

days (with interest), the landed property with building and

machinery if any will be brought to sale in due course of

law. You will further take notice that from the date of this

attachment notice until the date of sale of your land is

hereby attached, you are and will be held, liable for all kists

thereon accruing, and the said kists will be demanded of,

and levied from you as arrears of land revenue.

1. I am the deponent herein.

2. My name, in my Birth Certificate registered

under No. 274/1954 at Karaikal Municipality spelled

as ‘Mohamed Shagoul Amid’. In my Marriage

Certificate registered under No. 40 BDM at Karaikal

Municipality, my name was spelled as ‘Mohamed

Shahul Hamid’. In my Voter’s Identity Card issued

by Election Commission of India under Card

No. CHDO226621, my name was spelled as

‘Mohamed Shahul Hameed’. In my Family Ration Card

issued by Department of Civil Supplies and

Consumer Affairs, my name was spelled as ‘Mohamed

Shahul Hamid’ (in Tamil). At present I am working at

Puducherry Municipality as Revenue Inspector, in my

Identity Card issued by Puducherry Municipality, my

name is appeared as ‘Mohamed Shahul Hameed’. To

avoid confusion in different spelling in my name in

the abovesaid documents, I hereby declare on oath

that hereinafter I shall be called, spelled and signed

as ‘Mohamad Shahul Hamid’.
