It is hereby notified that the original S.S.L.C. Mark

Certificate under Register Number 521431 bearing

Serial Number 4673635 of March 2007 session in respect

of S. Durgadevi, an ex-pupil of Annai Theresa

Government Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Karaikal

is reported to have been lost beyond the scope of

recovery and it is proposed to issue a duplicate

certificate . If the original certificate is to be found by

anybody, it should be sent to the Director of Government

Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no

longer valid.

respect of M. Arunmozhi Devan , an ex-pupil of

St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Karaikal is

reported to have been lost beyond the scope of

recovery and it is proposed to issue a duplicate

certificate . If the original certificate is to be found by

anybody, it should be sent to the Director of Government

Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no

longer valid.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited offering the rate for

purchase of unserviceable furniture items mentioned in

the Annexure belongs to I.K. Kumaran Government

Higher Secondary School, Pandakkal, Mahe.

2. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as

“Tender for the purchase of unserviceable items” should

be addressed to the Vice-Principal, I.K. Kumaran

Government Higher Secondary School, Pandakkal,

Mahe-673 310, so as to reach this office on or before

10.00 a.m on 30-4-2014. The tenders will be opened

at 11.30 a.m on the same day in the presence of bidders,

if any. Tender will be awarded to the highest bidder on

the spot.

3. Those who are interested to participate in the

tender must deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 500

(Rupees five hundred only). The earnest money deposit

of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned after

finalising the tender and that of successful bidder will

be kept towards the cost of the items.

4. The tender will be conducted for all the items in a

lot. Bidders, those interested may inspect the items

before they submit the tender to know exact condition

of the items kept, on any working day.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the

tender without assigning any reason thereof. Any

breach of the rules of tender notice will result in the

forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

6. The successful bidder should pay the full amount

of bid immediately after completion of tender finalisation

and should remove the condemned items within two

days (on working days only) at his own risk and

expenses. Sales tax applicable will be collected extra.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of

the sold goods will be admitted.
