I, A. Saravanan, son of TA. Asokan, Hindu, aged 26

years, residing at No. 24, IV Cross Street, Sathya Nagar,

Puducherry-605 013, do hereby solemnly affirm on oath

and state as follows:

I am a native of Puducherry by virtue of my birth

and continuous residence.

My name has been mentioned as ‘A. Saravanan’

in all my educational records, Birth Certificate,

Passport and Bank Account.

Due to astrological and numerological consideration,

I have changed my name as ‘AA. Sharavanan’.

I have added another ‘A’ to my existing initial which

refers to the first alphabet of my grandfather

Annamalai. I have also practiced to write my changed

name from 1-2-2013.

CORRIGENDUM

In the G.O. Ms. No. 26/LAS/2007, dated 15-6-2007 of

the Local Administration Secretariat, Puducherry the

following shall be substituted in paragraph (2) namely—

“Approval of the Government is hereby conveyed

for the entitlement of the Special Time Bound Scale of

Pay of ` 6,500-200-10,500 (Revised Scale of Pay

` 9,300-34,800 + Grade Pay ` 4,600) to the Office

Managers in relaxation of passing of Part-I and Part-II

of Accounts Test (Higher) as applicable in the case of

Superintendents in Government Departments”.

2. These order shall take effect from 1-1-2006 and

applicable only to the Office Managers who were in service

from the date of issue of this order.
