ORDER
Whereas, the lease period in respect of retail vend of Toddy and Arrack in
the Union Territory of Puducherry for the lease year 2013-2014 is up to the 30th day
of June 2014;
2. And whereas, in normal circumstances, auction for the retail vend of
Toddy and Arrack for the next lease year 2014-2015 should have been conducted
in the month of June 2014 itself;
3. And whereas, the proposal for auctioning of Toddy and Arrack shops
for the next lease year 2014-2015 could not be finalised due to unavoidable
circumstances;
