3. The tenderers should deposit an amount of

` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) in cash as earnest

money deposit and the same will be refunded to the

unsuccessful tenderers after the finalisation of the

tender.

4. The intending tenderers may inspect the old

newspapers during office hours from 6-8-2014 with the

permission of the undersigned.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire cost

of the old newspapers and sales tax applicable

immediately and remove the newspapers within 24 hours

at his own expenses, failing which the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited in full.

6. No claim on the quality and quantity of the

newspapers will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

7. The undersigned reserves every right either to

accept or reject any bid or to postpone the tender

without assigning any reason thereof.

8. The successful tenderer will not be allowed to

avoid purchase of any portion of the old newspapers.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final and binding.
