AUCTION NOTICE

Public auction for sale of old/unserviceable articles

mentioned in the Annexure belonging to the Government

General Hospital, Yanam in as-is-where-is condition in one

lot by public auction on 28-8-2014 in this office at 4.30 p.m.

Terms and conditions

1. The intending bidders should deposit an earnest

money of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only). The

earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will

be refunded on the same day soon after completion of

the auction.

2. The rate should be quoted for whole lot, who has

quoted highest rate will be considered as successful

bidder.

3. The successful bidder should pay the entire

amount soon after completion of the auction and should

clear the auctioned materials at his own arrangement/

cost before 5.30 p.m on the same day, failing which

the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital,

Yanam will not be held responsible either for the safe

custody or loss or damage of the articles once the

auction is over.

4. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the applicable

rate at the time of auction for the bid amount.

5. No claim on the quantity/quality of the articles will

be admitted once the auction is over.

6. The intending bidders can inspect the unserviceable

articles during the office hours up to 4.00 p.m. on 28-8-2014

with the permission of the undersigned.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.

8. Auction sale is subject to discretion of the

undersigned whose decision will be final in case of any

dispute.
