hereby directed to transfer all FIRs and the pending
cases duly indexed along with case properties to the
respective Judicial Magistrate as mentioned above.
All Superintendent of Police are required to give
instructions to their subordinates to follow these
instructions strictly in filing the FIRs and charge sheets
and sending the case properties seized to the respective
courts and to extend their full co-operation.
This proceeding shall take effect from the forenoon
of 4th September 2014.

ORDER
The Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to approve the
enhancement of the annual family income ceiling limit of
Economically Weaker Section (EWS) families from
` 24,000 to 75,000 as household income per annum only
for availing welfare measures in the Union territory of
Puducherry. This shall not be criteria for deciding the
BPL population for the Union territory of Puducherry.
2. This revision shall be effected accordingly in the
G.Os. issued earlier by various departments dealing
with welfare oriented schemes and in the G.O. Ms. No. 4,
dated 24-7-2002 issued by the Department of Civil
Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry.
3. This revision shall not be effected in the G.Os.
issued for all Socio-economic developmental beneficiary
schemes vide G.O. Ms. No. 12/2009-Wel.(SCW), dated
21-8-2009 and for the Puducherry Perunthalaivar
Kamaraj Centenary Housing Scheme for the Houseless
Poor vide G.O. Ms. No. 2/2014-Hg., dated 29-1-2014.
4. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance
Department vide U.O. No.1972/F5/A3, dated 4-8-2014.

2. The fallen trees are available in Minor Veterinary
Dispensary, Thavalakuppam, Puducherry and the same may
be inspected in Minor Veterinary Dispensary, Thavalakuppam
during office hours.
3. The rate shall be quoted on a plain white paper and
addressed to the Director, Department of Animal Husbandry
and Animal Welfare, Puducherry duly superscribing on the
envelope as “Tender for purchase of fallen trees” and should
reach this office on or before 16-10-2014 at 10.30 a.m.
The tenders will be opended at 11.00 a.m. on the same day
in the presence of the tenderers who are present at that
time in the Department of Animal Husbandry and
Animal Welfare, Maraimalai Adigal Salai, Puducherry.
The highest rate quoted among all sealed tenders will be
accepted subject to the final decision of the undersigned.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum
of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) by cash as earnest
money deposit while submitting their sealed tenders.
The earnest money deposit would be returned to the
unsuccessful tenderers after finalising the rates.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject
any tender in part or whole without assigning any reasons
thereof.
7. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount
including applicable sales tax over and above the bid price
immediately failing which the earnest money deposit amount
will be forfeited. If the full amount not paid by the successful
tenderer, auction will be passed on to the second highest tenderer
subject to the finalisation of the second highest rate.
8. The successful tenderer cannot claim for the quantity
and quality of the fallen trees after the auction is over and
shall clear the items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned
will be the final.

NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS FOR THE SUPPLY
OF HIGH QUALITY FOAM LEATHERITE COVER
FOR GOVERNMENT DIARY 2015
e-Tenders are invited on behalf of the President of
India by the Chairman, Committee for Centralised
Purchase of “High Quality Foam Leatherite Cover for
Government Diary 2015” for use in the Directorate of
Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.
1. The tenderers for supply of High Quality Foam
Leatherite Cover shall hold valid dealership certificate/
sales tax registration certificate with the Government.
2. The tenderers must have a minimum of
three years experience in the field and their average
annual turnover for 3 years i.e., 2011-12, 2012-13 and
2013-14 must be not less than ` 35 lakhs.
3. The tenderer who quotes for the supply of
High Quality Foam Leatherite Cover for Government
Diary 2015 must be either the manufacturers or their
authorised stockist. Detailed information of the
“manufacturer” must be enclosed along with the tender.
4. Bidders should submit their tender online at
the Government website https://pudutenders.gov.in with
proof of payment of tender fee of ` 156 (inclusive of
sales tax-non-refundable) and earnest money deposit
for an amount of ` 50,000 (refundable) paid as separate
demand draft drawn in favour of Senior Accounts
Officer, Directorate of Stationery and Printing,
Puducherry from any bank and payable at Puducherry.
5. The tender details and terms and conditions may
also be downloaded from the website: www.py.gov.in
and http://styandptg.puducherry.gov.in for reference
only. Tenders will be processed through online only,
hence hardcopy submission will not be accepted.
6. The technical tender and other documents will be
evaluated online only on receipt of tender fee and
earnest money deposit in the form of demand drafts
(separate demand draft for the tender fee and earnest
money deposit) along with sample as specified in the
tender document in a separate sealed covers superscribed
