ORDER
Whereas, an order was made vide reference cited,
under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the
Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972,
directing the winding up of the affairs of the
Kamarajar Loadman Self-Employment and Welfare
Co-operative Society Limited, No. P. 705;
And whereas, the financing bank
viz, the
Pondicherry State Co-operative Bank Limited was
consulted in the matter of appointment of a
liquidator, as required under sub-section (1) of
section 127 of the said Act;
And whereas, the Pondicherry State Co-operative
Bank has stated that it has no objection for the
appointment of a liquidator for the said society;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred
on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the
Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972. I hereby
appoint Thiru N. Pughazendhi, Co-operative Officer,
as the liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the
said society.

liquidator shall take into his custody all the
properties, effects and actionable claims to which the
said society is or appears to be
entitled and
complete the liquidation proceedings as per law.

In pursuance of the G.O. Rt. No. 20, dated 9-12-2013
of the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management
(Survey and Settlement) the following Revenue officials
who have undergone the II Batch of the financial year
2013-14 of Survey and Settlement Training for 36
working days in the District Level Emergency Operation
Centre, Puliankottai Salai, Karaikal with effect
from 16-12-2013 to 10-2-2014 are declared to have come
out successful in the concluding tests conducted on
7th and 10th February 2014.
N.B : Request(s) from unsuccessful candidate(s)
as to the cause of failure or revaluation of
answer papers will not be entertained.

It is hereby informed that the original Provisional
National Trade Certificate of Y. Prathap, son of Yemarose,
an ex-trainee of Government ITI(M), Mettupalayam,
Puducherry in the trade of Fitter for the period from
August 2009 to July 2011 is reported to have been lost
beyond scope of recovery and it is proposed to issue
duplicate certificate to the candidate. If the Provisional
National Trade Certificate is found by anybody it should
be sent to the undersigned as it is no longer valid.
