Director, DRDA as State Mission Director for Pradhan

Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) Financial Inclusion

Programme in the Union territory of Puducherry as per

the direction vide D. O. Letter No. 1/9/2014/FI, dated

17-7-2014 of Ministry of Finance, Department of

Financial Services, Government of India, New Delhi.

2. The State Mission Director will hold the post till

the continuation of the programme and would be

responsible for monitoring of financial inclusion

campaign in coordination with State Level Bankers’

Committee (SLBC) and all the stake holders.

3. Deputy General Manager-cum-Convenor of State

Level Bankers’ Committee will provide technical

support for implementation of Pradhan Mantri Jan

Dhan Yojana in the Union territory of Puducherry in

coordination with State Mission Director.

ANNEXURE

1. Pay: During the period of deputation, the officer

shall have the option either to get her pay fixed in the

deputation post under the operation of the normal rules

or to draw pay of the post held by her in her parent

department plus a Deputation (Duty) Allowance in

accordance with the instructions contained in

O.M. No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay.II), dated 17-6-2010 of

Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions,

Department of Personnel and Training as communicated

vide this Department’s I.D. Note/Memorandum

No. A.35011/1/2002/DPAR/CCD(2), dated 6-1-2011.

2. Dearness Allowance: The officer shall be entitled

to Dearness Allowance under the rules of the parent

department or under the rules of the borrowing

department according as she retains the scale of pay

under the parent department or she draws pay in the

scale attached to the post under borrowing department.

3. Local Allowances and HRA: These allowances

shall be regulated under the rules of the borrowing

department.

4. Children’s Educational Allowance: The officer

shall be entitled either to claim the Children’s Education

Allowance from the State Government as laid down in

paragraph 1 (a) of Finance Ministry’s O.M. No. 8(II)E.II(B)/

63, dated 12-8-1964 subject to the fulfillment of the

condition prescribed in O.M. No. F.16(l). Estt.(Spl)/60,

dated 30-1-1962 as amended from time to time or to

reimbursement of tuition fees in respect of her children,

subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions

laid down in Finance Ministry’s O.M. No. 17(1)E.II(B)/64,

dated 3-6-1964 as amended from time to time and liability

in this regard shall devolve on the borrowing department.

5. Joining Time Pay and Transfer Travelling Allowance:

The officer shall be entitled to the Transfer Travelling

Allowance and Joining Time on joining the post on

deputation and on reversion to the parent department

under the Central Civil Services (Joining Time)

Rules, 1979. The expenditure on this account will be

borne by the borrowing department.

6. Travelling Allowance for journey on duty during

the period of deputation: This shall be regulated under

the rules of the service as applicable to Judicial Officers

in the grade of District Judge under the Government of

Puducherry.

7. Leave and Pension: During the period of deputation

on temporary transfer, the officer shall continue to be

governed by the leave and pension rules of the parent

department applicable to her before such transfer. The

allocation of leave salary and pensionary charges will

be regulated as per rules in force.

8. Provident Fund benefits: During the period of

deputation, the officer shall continue to subscribe to

the Provident Fund on her parent department to which

she has been subscribing when she was placed on

deputation, in accordance with the rules of such fund.

9. Leave Travel Concession: The officer shall be

entitled to Leave Travel Concession as admissible to

the employees of Government of Puducherry.

10. Medical Concession and Residential Accommodation:

The officer shall be entitled to these concessions under

the rules of service as applicable to the Judicial Officers

in the grade of District Judge under the Government of

Puducherry.

11. During the period of deputation, the officer shall

be entitled to draw other allowances and benefits wherever

applicable, as specified in G.O. Ms. No. 62/2006-LD,

dated 8-9-2006 of the Law Department, Puducherry.

(i) To select candidates from amongst the eligible

members of teaching staff in the educational institutions

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rates for separate lots are

invited for the sale of old/unserviceable articles

belonging to this office as mentioned in the Annexure

in as-is-where-is condition and the articles will be

disposed off on 7-11-2014 at 3.00 p.m.

Terms and conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Deputy Director, Directorate of Census Operations,

No. 250, II Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Street, Puducherry- 605 001

duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase of old/unserviceable items” and should reach

this office on or before 7-11-2014 at 2.00 p.m. The tenders

will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the

presence of the attending tenderers.

2. The rate should be offered for each lot separately.

Tenderers may quote rate for single or multiple lots.

The highest rate quoted for each lot will be treated as

minimum bid amount and then the public auction will be

started.

3. The intending bidders should deposit an amount

of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as earnest

money in cash before 2.00 p.m. on the day of auction.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

bidders will be refunded after the auction is over. For the

successful bidder, it will be adjusted in the sale value.

5. The successful bidder should pay the entire cost

of the articles after completion of the auction, failing

which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited to

Government. He should clear the auctioned articles at

his own risk and cost before 5.30 p.m. on the same day,

failing which the office will not be held any responsible

either for the safe custody or loss or damage of the

articles once the auction is over.

6. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate

applicable at the time of auction for the bid amount.

7. No claim on the quantity/quality of the articles

will be admitted once the auction is over.

8. The intending bidders may inspect the articles

at the Directorate of Census Operations, No. 250, II Floor,

Jawaharlal Nehru Street, Puducherry- 605 001 during

the working days between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

9. The tender offered after the due date and time will

be rejected.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.

11. Auction sale is subject to discretion of the

undersigned whose decision will be final in case of any

dispute.
