NOTICE OF ATTACHEMENT

Notice of attachment to Thiru M. Veerasamy, son of

Thiru Maniyan, Proprietor of M/s. Amirtham

Petroleum Agencies, Madagadipet, Puducherry in the

Madagadipet Revenue Village of Villianur Taluk,

Puducherry.

Take notice that as you have not paid or shown

sufficient cause for the non-payment of ` 31,34,055

(Rupees thirty-one lakhs thirty-four thousand and

fifty-five only) with 12% interest per annum, although

the said sum has been duly demanded in writing from

you, the landed property belonging to you located at

R.S. No. 128/3A/1B of Madagadipet Revenue Village

measuring to an extent of 00.04.27 hectare is hereby

placed under attachment and that unless the arrear due

by you with interest @ 12% per annum and other

charges (with interest) be paid within the fifteen days,

the landed property with building and machinery if any

will be brought to sale in due course of law. You will

further take notice that from the date of this attachment

notice until the date of sale of your land is hereby

attached, you will be held, liable for all kists thereon

accruing, and the said kists will be demanded of, and

levied from you as arrears of land revenue.

Puducherry, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely

state as follows:

1. That my name is ‘S. Pugajarassu’. My records

viz., Transfer Certificate and Appointment Order

reveal with the present name of ‘S. Pugajarassu’

2. As per the Birth Certificate issued by the

Puducherry Municipality, Puducherry, my actual name

is ‘S. Pougajarassou’. The same is being depicted in

all other documents, viz., Family Ration Card,

Aadhaar Card, Elector’s Photo Identity Card, Indian

Passport and Two Wheeler Licence.

3. That for the purpose of evidencing such my

determination, declare that I shall at all times

hereafter in all official records, deeds and writings

and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions,
