NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of
section 109 of the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973, the Lieutenant-Governor,
Puducherry is pleased to appoint the following officers for the Mahe Municipality
and Yanam Municipality, to exercise all the powers and perform the functions and
duties conferred and imposed upon the Municipal Councils, Standing Committee
or other Committees of the Municipal Councils, and the Chairman, Vice-Chairman,
and other authorities by or under the provisions of the said Act or any other law
for the time being in force:
