DEMAND PRIOR TO ATTACHMENT OF LAND

Notice of demand to M/s. Bhuvaneshwari Chemicals,

Thirubuvanai, Puducherry of Thirubuvanai Revenue

Village in Villianur Taluk jurisdiction.

Take notice that the Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Villianur

demand from you the sum of ` 51,11,144 (Rupees fifty-one

lakhs eleven thousand one hundred and forty-four only)

along with 12% interest per annum being the arrears of

Electricity consumption charges due by you

for

holder of the lands comprised in Re-survey No. 94/4 of

Thirubuvanai Revenue Village and that you are required

to pay the amount within 15 days from the date of the

service of this notice.

Note:- The time allowed for payment must be fixed

with reference to the distance of the land on which

the arrears is due to the place at which the money is

to be paid.

NOTICE OF ATTACHMENT

Notice of attachment to M/s. Bhuvaneshwari

Chemicals, Thirubuvanai, Puducherry in the village

Thirubuvani Revenue Village of Villianur Taluk,

Puducherry.

Take notice that as you have not paid or shown

sufficient cause for the non-payment of ` 51,11,144

(Rupees fifty-one lakhs eleven thousand one hundred

and forty-four only) although, the said sum has been

duly demanded in writing from you, the landed property

belonging to you as detailed below is hereby placed

under attachment and that unless the arrear due by you

with interest @ 12% per annum and other charges be

paid within fifteen days (with interest), the landed

property with building and machinery if any, will be

brought to sale in due course of law. You will further

take notice that from the date of this attachment notice

until the date of sale of your land is hereby attached,

you are and will be held liable for all kists thereon

accruing, and the said kists will be demanded of, and

levied from you as arrears of land revenue.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited offering the rate for sale of

unserviceable furniture items mentioned in the

Annexure belongs to Government Lower Primary School,

Pandakkal, Mahe.

2. The tenders in a sealed cover superscribing as

“Tender for the purchase of unserviceable items” should

be addressed to the Headmistress, Government Lower

Primary School, Pandakkal, Mahe, so as to reach her on

or before 10 a.m. on 10-12-2014. The tenders will be

opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of

bidders, if any. Tender will be awarded to the highest

bidder on the spot.

3. Those who are interested to participate in the

tender must deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 500

(Rupees five hundred only) The earnest money

deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned

after finalising the tender and that of successful bidder

will be kept towards the cost of the items.

4. The tender will be conducted for all the items in

a lot. Bidders, those interested may inspect the items on

any working day before they submit the tender to know

exact condition of the items kept.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the

tender without assigning any reason thereof. Any

breach of the rules of tender notice will result in the

forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

6. The successful bidder should pay the full amount

of bid immediately after completion of tender finalisation

and should remove the condemned items within two

days (on working days only) at his own risk and

expenses. Sales tax applicable will be collected extra.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of

the sold goods will be admitted later.
