The notice of voluntary retirement given under

rule 48-A of Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972

by Tmt. Jayashree Sathiyamurthy, Trained Graduate

Teacher, Navalar Nedunchezhian Government Higher

Secondary School, Lawspet, Puducherry is accepted.

Accordinly, she is deemed to have been admitted into

voluntary retirement with effect from the forenoon

of 1st October 2014.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old

condemned furniture items of the Government Middle

School and Government Primary Schools, under the

control of the Chief Educational Officer in as-is-where-is

condition on 26-2-2015.

2. The tenders in plain paper should be sealed and

addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Directorate

of School Education, Puducherry duly superscribing on

the envelope as “Tender for the purchase of old

condemned furniture items” and sent to reach the

undersigned on or before 26-2-2015 at 4.00 p.m. The

tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.15 p.m. in

the presence of the tenderers, who are present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 4,000 (Rupees four thousand only) as earnest

money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately

after the tender sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be summarily rejected.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept

or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately and clear the items within 24 hours

at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest

money deposit will be forfeited.

7. The intending tenderers may inspect the old

condemned furniture items during office hours on any

working day with the permission of the Headmaster in

the concern Middle School and Primary Schools listed

above without any disturbance to the students.

8. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is admitted.

9. VAT at the rate applicable will be charged @ 10%.

10. In case of dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final.
