TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the highest rate for the sale

of condemned articles belonging to the Office of the

Deputy Director (Immunization) and Primary Health

Centres, Karaikal are invited by the undersigned.

3. Primary Health Centre, Nallathur, Karaikal.

4. Primary Health Centre, Nallambal, Karaikal.

5. Primary Health Centre, Ambagarathur, Karaikal.

6. Primary Health Centre, Varichikudy, Karaikal.

7. Primary Health Centre, Kottucherry, Karaikal.

8. Primary Health Centre, Karaikalmedu, Karaikal.

9. Primary Health Centre, Kovilpathu, Karaikal.

2. Tenders should be sent in sealed cover superscribed

as "Tender for the purchase of condemned articles"

addressed to the Deputy Director (Immunization),

Karaikal, on or before 5-5-2015 at 10.30 a.m. and it will

be opened on the same day at 11.30 a.m. in the presence

of tenderers. In case, if the prescribed date happens to

be a holiday, the tender will be conducted on the

immediate next working day.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of

` 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) in cash as earnest

money deposit in this office before submitting their

tenders. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded after the tender is over. The

tender without earnest money deposit will be summarily

rejected.

4. The tender received after the due date and time

will not be entertained.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount including sales tax as applicable under the rules

in force and clear the materials immediately within

24 hours from the Office of the Deputy Director

(Immunization) and Primary Health Centres attached to

it at their own cost and risk, failing which the earnest

money deposit will be forfeited.

6. No claim about the quality and quantity of the

condemned articles will be admitted once the tender is

finalised.

7. Sales tax will be charged at 10%.

8. The intending

tenderers can

inspect the

condemned articles during hospital working hours with

prior permission of the concerned Head/Medical Officer

in-charge of the abovesaid Centres.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender in part or whole without assigning any

reason thereof. In case of any dispute, the decision of

the undersigned is final.

10. The details of condemned articles are given in

the Annexure.

2. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted for

all trees in a lot.

3. The tenders in sealed cover superscribed as

“Tender for lease of usufructs should be addressed to the

Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu,

Puducherry and sent to reach this office on or before

23-4-2015 (Thursday) at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be

opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of

the tenderers present at that time. If the day for opening

the tender happens to be a public holiday for any reason,

the tenders will be received and opened by the same time

on the next working day.

4. Based on the highest quotings on the sealed

tender, open auction will be conducted at 11.30 a.m.

on 23-4-2015.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in cash as earnest

money deposit with this office while submitting the

tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tenders

are finalised.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will be

rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount

of bid immediately and usufructs will be maintained at his

own risk and expenses.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be

collected extra.

11. The usufructs trees can be inspected during

office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items

will be entertained after opening the tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final
