RE-TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent,

ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for the lease of

usufructs at ESI Hospital campus, Gorimedu,

Puducherry. The details of usufructs and the duration of

lease period of the lease of usufructs are given in the

Annexure.

2. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted

for all trees in a lot.

3. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as

“Tender for lease of usufructs” should be addressed

to the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital,

Gorimedu, Puducherry and sent to this office on or

before 18-5-2015 (Monday) at 10.45 a.m. The tenders

will be opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the

presence of the tenderers present at that time. If the

day of opening the tender happens to be a public

holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and

opened by the same time on the next working day.

4. Based on the highest quotings on the sealed

tenders, open auction will be conducted at 11.30 a.m.

on 18-5-2015.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in cash as

earnest money deposit with this office while submitting

the tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender

is finalised.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount of bid immediately and the usufructs will be

maintained at his own risk and expenses.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected

extra.

11. The usufructs trees can be inspected during

office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items

will be entertained after opening the tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final.

I was born on 27-9-1978, my birth was registered

with Thirunallar Commune Panchayat with

Registration No. 166/1678, dated 30-9-1978. In
