NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry hereby makes the following

bye-laws further to amend the rules relating to enhancement of

Subsistence Allowance in the Department of Sainik Welfare, Government

of Puducherry issued vide notification in G.O. Ms. No. 49, dated

28th September 2012 of the Home Department, Government of Puducherry

and published as a Supplement to the Official Gazette No. 37, dated

3rd October 2012, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.— (i) These bye-laws may be

called “The Management Committee for Armed Forces Flag Day Funds

(Amendment) Bye-laws, 2015”.

(ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect

from 1st May 2015.

2. Amendment of Annexure-A.— In the Government of Puducherry,

Department of Sainik Welfare, Puducherry, the Management Committee

for Armed Forces Flag Day Funds Bye-laws, 2012, in Annexure-A,

relating to the rate of Financial Assistance Scheme for Ex-servicemen/

Widows against Sl. No. 1, for the existing entry against column (2) to (4),

the following shall be substituted, namely:—
