NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of

the Puducherry Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No. 5 of 2015),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to appoint the 1st day

of July 2015, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force in

the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry.
