Notice is hereby given to inhabitants of Oulgaret Municipality that the undermentioned person has

the setting up of the above industry are invited to reach the Commissioner, Oulgaret Municipality, within ten days

from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Oulgaret Municipality.

CHANGE OF NAME

I, Dhanapal, son of Karuppaiyan, aged 49 years,

Indian, Hindu, residing at No. 15, Iyyanar Koil

Street, Keezhaiyur, T.R. Pattinam, Karaikal District

and Munsifi do hereby solemnly affirm and state as

follows:

1. That I was born on 9-7-1966 at Keezhaiyur,

T.R. Pattinam to my parents Karuppaiyan and

Anjammal and my birth was duly registered with

T.R. Pattinam Commune Panchayat vide Registration

No. 196/1966. I was named as ‘Dhanapal’ by my

parents. I am a Hindu by birth.

2. That I was converted to Christianity after my

marriage with Kulanthai Yesu Mary, during the year

of 1995.

3. That I have now, renounced Christianity and

reconverted to Hinduism on 1-6-2015 in the presence

of Srila Sri Guru Maha Sannithanam, Suriyanarkoil

Athinam, Suriyanarkoil, Thanjavur District. But I am

retaining my former name as ‘Dhanapal’. Now I am

a Hindu.

4. That I do declare that the abovesaid facts are

true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief

and information and nothing material has been

concealed thereof.
