Special conditions:

1. Participating tenderer should produce the documentary evidence for owning the dredger and mobilize

the equipment immediately on award of work. If the contractor fails to complete the work in time, an amount equal

to 3% per month on the tendered value of work shall be levied on the contractor and binding.

2. The cutter suction dredger should have discharge capacity of solid 250m³/hour and engine power of not

less than 600 H.P.

3. The dredger shall be mobilized and the work shall be commenced within fifteen days of the written orders

to commence the work.

Puducherry, the 29th July 2015.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

It is decided to dispose a list of condemned articles

belonging to the Office of the Council of Ministers,

Puducherry in as-is-where-is condition. The same will be

disposed off through public tender-cum-auction on

3-9-2015 at 4.30 p.m. in the premises of the Office of the

Council of Ministers, Puducherry, where the articles are

lying for inspection. The proposed condemned items are

listed in the Annexure to this notice.

Terms and conditions

1. Public tenders will be received up to 3.00 p.m.

on 3-9-2015 in the Office of the Council of Ministers,

Puducherry and auction will be conducted at 4.30 p.m.

2. The intending bidders should deposit an amount

of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) before 3.00 p.m.

on 3-9-2015 as earnest money deposit in the Office of

the Council of Ministers, Puducherry before participating

in the public auction and obtain temporary receipt.

The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful bidders will

be refunded after the tenders are opened and decided.

3. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.

4. The successful bidder should pay the full amount

immediately and clear the articles within 24 hours at his

own cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will

be forfeited.

5. The Government will in no way held responsible

for the safe custody of the articles, once the bids are

auctioned.

6. No claim about the conditions and value of the

articles will be admitted once the public auction is over/

finalised.

7. Sales tax as per rates in force will be charged extra

on the amount so finalised.

8. The intending

tenderers can

inspect the

condemned articles during office hours in the Office of

the Council of Ministers, Puducherry with the

permission of the Private Secretary to Chief Minister,

Office of the Council of Ministers, Puducherry.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final.







TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per litre and kilogram

are invited for the purchase of used Hyposolution

and X-Ray films belonging to the Mahatma Gandhi

Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, Puducherry.

2. The rate should be quoted for each item as

follows:

3. The tender in sealed covers superscribed as

“Tender for the purchase of Hyposolution and X-Ray

films” should be addressed to the Dean, Mahatma

Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences,

Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry-605 006, so as to

reach this office on or before 4.00 p.m. on 24-8-2015.

The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m.

4. The intending tenderers should pay an earnest

money deposit of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in

the form of demand draft drawn in favour of the Dean,

Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental

Sciences, Puducherry, payable in the State Bank of

India, Kadhirkamam Branch, Puducherry along with

tender, othewise the tender will summarily be rejected

without any notice. The demand draft of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be returned after removal of the materials

by the successful tenderer.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the said

articles during office hours on any working day with

the permission of the undersigned.

6. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.

8. The successful tenderer should arrange to weigh

the articles and pay the cost thereof and remove the

materials within 24 hours at his own expense from the

office premises.

9. Tenders received after the due date and time will

summarily be rejected.

10. In case of any dispute the decision of the

undersigned will be final.
