2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

envelope, “Tender for the purchase of old newspapers,

magazines, waste papers and scrap materials (plastic

and metal)” and to reach the undersigned on or

before 11.00 a.m. on 9-9-2015. The tenders will be

opened at 12.00 noon on the same day in the presence of

the tenderers who are present in the Office of the

3. The intending tenderers

should

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

7. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount

immediately as and when call made and clear the

old items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost,

failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

8. No claim on the quantity and quality the articles

will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final.

10. The rate for each item should be quoted separately.

11. Sales tax/CST will be collected for the old

newspapers, magazines and scrap materials as per the

prevailing rules.

opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day by the undersigned.

of ` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) as earnest money

deposit.

5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

e-Tenders are invited on behalf of the President of

India by the Director of Stationery and Printing,

Puducherry for purchase of “High Quality Foam

Leatherite Cover for Government Diary 2016” for use in

the Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.

1. The tenderer for supply of High Quality Foam

Leatherite Cover shall hold valid dealership certificate/

sales tax registration certificate with the Government.

2. Bidders should submit their tender online at

the Government website https://pudutenders.gov.in with

proof of payment of tender fee of ` 156 (inclusive of

sales tax-non-refundable) and earnest money deposit

for an amount of ` 50,000 (refundable) paid as separate

demand draft drawn in favour of Senior Accounts
