Mark Certificate under Register Number 712149 bearing

Serial No. HSG 0304357 of March 2003 session in respect

of Tmt. Uthara Kumari. V, an ex-pupil of A. T. Government

Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Karaikal is reported to

have been lost and beyond the scope of recovery, it is

proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If the original

certificate is to be found by anybody, it should be sent

to the Secretary, State Board of Secondary Education,

Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no longer valid.

original certificate is to be found by anybody, it should

509135 bearing Serial Nos. A 5371518 and A 4419407 of

October 1990 and April 1991 sessions respectively both

in respect of Thiru P. Thamaraiselvam, a private canditate

is reported to have been lost and beyond the scope of

recovery and it is proposed to issue duplicate

certificate(s). If the original certificate(s) is/are to be

found by anybody, it/they should be sent to the Director

of Government Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation,

as it is/they are no longer valid.

Whereas, the Government have decided to constitute

a “State Sagarmala Committee” to implement port and

port related projects in the Union territory of Puducherry

under the Sagarmala concept, formulated by the

Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.

2. Now, therefore, His Excellency the Lieutenant-

Governor, Puducherry is pleased to constitute the State

Sagarmala Committee with the following members.

3. The State Sagarmala Committee will co-ordinate

with the Sagarmala Co-ordination and Steering

Committee (SCSC), constituted at the Central level by

the Ministry of Shipping under the Chairmanship of the

Cabinet Secretary with Secretaries of various line

Ministries to implement and review the progress of port

and port related projects of this Union Territory.

4. The committee may examine any other issue found

incidental to the functioning of the State Sagarmala

Committee.

Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee (SLSMC) for the

Housing For All (HFA) Mission (Pradhan Mantri Awas

Yojana) with the following composition:

2. The functions of the State Level Sanctioning and

Monitoring Committee are:

(a) Approval of Housing For All Plan of Action

(HFAPoA).

(b) Approval of Annual Implementation Plan.

(c) Approval of DPRs under various components of

the Mission.

(d) Approval of Annual Quality Monitory Plans

(e) Reviewing progress of approved project in the

State and Cities.

(f)

Monitoring of implementation of Mission

(g) Any other issues required for effective

implementation of the Mission.

3. Further, the Government is pleased to appoint the

Town and Country Planning Department, Puducherry as

the Nodal Department for the Housing For All (HFA)

Mission except the Credit Linked Subsidy component.

The Puducherry Housing Board will be the Nodal Agency

for the Credit Linked Subsidy component.

4. The State Level Sanctioning and Monitoring

Committee shall meet often or as and when it is

necessary.

LAW DEPARTMENT

(G.O. Ms. No. 48/2015-LD, dated 12th October 2015)

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4)

of section 74 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006

(Central Act 34 of 2006) read with section 3(zv) of the

said Act, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased

to appoint Thiru S. Krishnavelu, Advocate, Karaikal as

the Special Public Prosecutor for Karaikal District to

conduct cases under the provisions of the Food Safety

and Standards Act, 2006 for a period of three years with

effect from the date of assumption of charge.

2. The terms and conditions of appointment of the

Special Public Prosecutor, Karaikal under the abovesaid

Act shall be as set out in the G.O. Ms. No. 14, dated

18-2-1969 of the Home Department, Puducherry as

amended from time to time.
