TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old

condemned furniture items of the Government High

School and Government Primary Schools, under the

control of the Chief Educational Officer in as-is-where-is

condition on 5-11-2015.

(1) Government High School, Pannithittu

(2) Government Primary School, Kudieruppupalayam

(3) Government Primary School, Bahourpet

(4) Office of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, Zone-III,

Ariankuppam.

2. The tenders in plain paper should be sealed and

addressed to the Chief Educational Officer, Directorate

of School Education, Puducherry duly superscribing on

the envelope as “Tender for the purchase of old

condemned furniture items” and sent to reach the

undersigned on or before 5-11-2015 at 4.00 p.m. The

tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in

the presence of the tenderers who are present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 4,000 (Rupees four thousand only) as earnest

money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately

after the tender sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be summarily rejected.

5. The undersigned reserves the rights to accept or

reject any or all the tenders, without assigning any

reason thereof.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately and clear the items within 24 hours

at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest

money deposit will be forfeited.

7. The intending tenderers may inspect the old

condemned furniture items during office hours on any

working day with the permission of the Headmaster in

the concern Primary Schools and High School listed

above without, any disturbance to the students.

8. No claim on the quality and quantity of the articles

will be admitted once the tender is admitted.

9. VAT at the rate applicable will be charged @ 10%.

10. In case of dispute, the decision of the undersigned

will be final.

e-TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF TURKEY POULTS

‘e-Tenders’ are invited for the supply of turkey poults

on behalf of the President of India by the Department of

Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare, Puducherry for the

year 2015-16.

2. The bidders who quotes for the supply of turkey

poults must be breeder or poultry breeding farmer or

distributor.

3. The rates quoted must be valid for a period of

one year from the date fixed for opening the tender.

4. The bidders with digital signature certificate should

submit their tender online only at the Government

website: pudutenders.gov.in.

5. The tender details, terms and conditions may also

be downloaded from the website: www.py.gov.in and

http://ahd.puducherry.gov.in for reference. Tenders will be

processed online only; hence submission of hardcopy

alone will not be accepted.
