e-Tenders are invited for the Insurance of Milch

Cattle on behalf of the President of India by the

Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare,

Puducherry for the Year 2015-16. Under Puducherry

National Livestock Mission Risk Management and

Insurance Scheme.

2. The bidders must be a firm regulated by IRDA and

a Public Sector firm.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rates are invited from the

public for the sale of the following items belonging to

the Office of the Deputy Collector (Excise), Puducherry.

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Deputy Collector (Excise), Office of the Deputy Collector

(Excise), Thattanchavady, Puducherry, duly superscribing

on the envelope as “Tender for purchase of old newspapers”

so as to reach the Office of the Deputy Collector (Excise),

Thattanchavady, Puducherry on or before 3.00 p.m. on 7-12-2015.

The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day

in the presence of the tenderers, if any in the Office of

the Deputy Collector (Excise), Puducherry.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of

` 300 (Rupees three hundred only) as earnest money deposit.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender

sale is over.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason therefor.

7. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount

immediately and clear the items within 24 hours at his

own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited.

8. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles

will be entertained, once the tender is finalized.

9. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles during

the office hours in the Office of the Deputy Collector

(Excise), Puducherry on 7-12-2015 at 11.00 a.m.

In case of any dispute, the decision of the Deputy

Collector (Excise), Puducherry will be the final.

unserviceable articles as mentioned in the Annexure

belonging to the Subramania Bharathiar Government

Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Lal Bahadur Sasthri

Street, Puducherry-605 001

2. The intending tenderers may inspect the items in

the school premises on 21-12-2015 the previous day

of the auction during working hours with permission

of the undersigned.

3. Te n d e r s s h o u l d b e a d d r e s s e d t o t h e

Vice-Principal, Subramania Bharathiar Government

Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Lal Bahadur Sasthri

Street, Puducherry-605 001, duly superscribing on the

envelope as “Tender for purchase of unserviceable

articles” and shall reach the undersigned on or before

22-12-2015 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders received will be

opened on the same day i.e., on 22-12-2015 at 4.00 p.m.

in the presence of tenderers or their representatives

who are present in the premises of Subramania

Bharathiar Government Girls’ Higher Secondary

School, Puducherry. If the scheduled date of auction

happens to be a holiday, the date of receipt and

opening of tenders will automatically be postponed to

the next working day at the same time.

4. The abovesaid items are kept in the school premises

in ‘as-is-where is’ condition for public auction.

5. The earnest money deposit of ` 1,000 (Rupees

one thousand only) should be deposited along with

the tenders. The earnest money deposit will be

returned

after

completing the tender process.

6. Tenders received after due date and time will be

rejected.

7. The tender will be knocked down in favour of the

highest bidder. If all the tenders knocked below the

amount fixed by the Government, the oral auction will

commence on the same day

8. The successful bidder should pay the entire

amount immediately plus sales tax prevailing at the

same time of tender soon after the confirmation of the

tender sale and take delivery of the available

unserviceable articles at his own risk. Subsequently,

the unserviceable articles should be cleared by the

successful bidder within two days after completing the

tender process.

9. No claim on quantity, quality for unserviceable

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned is final and binding in all matters.
