NOTIFICATION

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called

as “the Puducherry free supply of 10 kilogram of Rice and 5 kg. of Wheat

every month to all Ration Card Holders Rules, 2015”.

AMENDMENT

2. Hereinafter the said rules may be referred as “the Puducherry

free supply of 10 kilogram of Rice and Half Litre of Sunflower Oil every

month to all Ration Card Holders Rules, 2015”.

3. In the said rules for the word(s) “Wheat”, “5kg of Wheat”, the

word(s) “Sunflower Oil”, “Half Litre of Sunflower Oil”, respectively shall

be substituted.

4. They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from

November 2015.
