TENDER NOTICE

Tenders in sealed cover superscribing on the

envelope as “Tender for purchase of unserviceable

articles”

are

invited

towards

purchase

of

unserviceable articles belonging to the Community

Health Centre, Palloor, Mahe as detailed in the

Annexure. Tenders should reach the undersigned at

11.00 a.m. on 30-12-2015 and will be opened at

11.30 a.m. on the same day. The items proposed to be

sold can be inspected on all working days during

office hours with the permission of the undersigned.

The tenderer should remit the earnest money deposit

of

` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) along with

the tender. The earnest money deposit of the

unsuccessful tenderers will be returned after

finalization of the tender. The earnest money deposit

of the successful tenderer will be adjusted with the

bid amount. The rate should be quoted for entire

items. The quoted amount should be remitted within

2 days from the acceptance of the highest tender and

all the items should be removed within 7 days at the

risk and cost of the tenderer. This office will not be

responsible for the safe custody of the items sold,

once the tender is finalised. Sales tax at applicable

rate should also be remitted along with quoted

amount. The items will be sold only in one lot and will

not be sold in piecemeal on any account.

The right to accept or reject any or all the tenders

without assigning any reason therefor rest with the

undersigned. Further details if any can be obtained

from the office of the undersigned during office hours

on all working days.
