Terms and Conditions
1. The items mentioned above may be inspected
during the office hours on all working days in the Office
of the Regional Administrator, Mahe with the permission
of the Officer in-charge.
2. The intending bidders should deposit an amount
of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) in cash
towards the earnest money deposit before the
commencement of auction and the same will be refunded
to the unsuccessful bidders after the auction is over.
3. The auction will be knocked down in favour of the
highest bidder. The successful bidder should pay the
entire cost of the items and take delivery of the same
at his own expenses.
4. The office will not be responsible in any way
either for safe custody or any loss or damage of the
items once the auction is over.
5. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rules
applicable at the time of auction.
6. Auction is subject to the approval of the
undersigned whose decision is final in case of any
dispute. The undersigned reserves the right to accept
or reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.
