ORDER

Whereas, an order was made vide reference cited

under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the Puducherry

Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, directing the

winding up of the affairs of the P ondicherry

Storekeepers Staff Co-operative

Housing Society

Limited, No. P. 644;

And whereas, the financing bank was consulted in

the matter of appointment of Liquidator, as required

under sub-section (1) of the section 127 of the

said Act;

And whereas, the said bank has no objection for

the appointment of Liquidator to the said Society;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred

on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the

Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972. I hereby

appoint Thiru R. Rangababu, Co-operative Officer,

as the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the

said Society, Thiru R. Rangababu, Liquidator shall

take into his custody all the property, effects and

auctionable claims to which the said Society is or

appears to be entitled and complete the liquidation

proceedings as per law.

Register Number 567432, of March 2009 in respect of

S. Saranya, a private candidate is reported to have been

lost and beyond the scope of recovery, it is proposed

to issue a duplicate certificate. If the original certificate

is to be found by anybody, it should be sent to the

Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-6

for cancellation, as it is no longer valid.
