TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rates are invited for

disposal of condemned old Ambassador Petrol Car

belonging to the Mother Theresa Postgraduate and

Research Institute of Health Sciences, Indira Nagar,

Gorimedu, Puducherry, in as-is-where-is condition by

tender-cum-public auction on 19-1-2016 at the Mother

Theresa Postgraduate and Research Institute of Health

Sciences, Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry-605 006.

Terms and conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to

The Dean, Mother Theresa Postgraduate and Research

Institute of Health Sciences, Indira Nagar, Gorimedu,

Puducherry duly superscribed on the envelope as

“Tender for purchase of condemned Petrol Ambassador

Car” and reach the undersigned on or before 19-1-2016

at 3.30 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on

the same day in the presence of the tenderers if any in

the Mother Theresa Postgraduate and Research

Institute of Health Sciences, Indira Nagar, Puducherry.

2. The highest rate quoted will be treated as

minimum upset price and then the public auction will

be started immediately.

3. The intending tenderers should pay the earnest

money deposit of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in

cash with the office of the undersigned before the

commencement of the auction. The earnest money

deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded

immediately after the tender sale is over.

4. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount soon after the auction is over and clear the

auctioned articles at his own cost before 5.30 p.m. on

the same day, failing which the office will not be held

responsible either for safe custody or for loss or damage

of the articles once the auction sale is over.

5. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate

applicable at the time of auction for the bid amount.

6. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the auction sale is over.

7. The

articles during the office hours in the premises of

Mother Theresa Postgraduate and Research Institute of

Health Sciences, Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry on

all working days.

8. The tenders received after the due date and time

will be rejected.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender/bid without assigning any reason

thereof. If the tender date falls on any holiday the next

working day will be the date of tender sale.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the best bids are invited for

the sale of unserviceable and obsolete articles of this

Department, as listed in the Annexure on as-is-where-is

condition basis, in a single lot.

2. Tenders, in sealed cover, duly superscribed with

the words “Tender for the purchase of unserviceable

and obsolete articles” should reach the undersigned on

or before 6-1-2016 by 4.00 p.m. The tenders will be

opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of

bidders, if any.

3. The rates should be quoted as a single lot.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 250 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) as earnest

money deposit along with their tenders. The earnest

money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be

refunded immediately after the tender sale is over.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the articles

during office hours on any working day with the

permission of the undersigned.

6. The successful bidder should pay the full amount

immediately and take delivery of the articles. No claims

on the quality and quantity of the articles will be

admitted once the tender is finalized.

7. VAT and other taxes would be collected at the

prevailing rates.

8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be final and binding.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reasons thereof.

AUCTION NOTICE

Public auction is to be conducted for the sale of old/

unserviceable mortuary chamber of Government General

Hospital, Yanam on 5-1-2016 at 3.30 p.m. in the premises

of Government General Hospital, Yanam.

Terms and conditions

1. The intending bidders should deposit an earnest

money deposit of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only)

in cash and the same will be refunded to the

unsuccessful bidders soon after the completion of

auction.

2. The bidders who has quoted highest rate will be

considered as successful bidder.

3. The successful bidders should pay the entire

amount soon after completion of auction and should

clear the auctioned old materials at his own

arrangements before 5.00 p.m. on the same day failing

which the Deputy Director, Government General

Hospital, Yanam will not be held responsible either for

the safe custody or loss or damage of articles once the

auction is over.

4. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the applicable

rate at the time of auction for the bid amount.

5. No claim on the quantity of the articles will be

admitted once the auction is over.

6. The intending bidders can inspect the mortuary

chamber during the office hours up to 3.00 p.m.

on 5-1-2016 with the permission of the undersigned.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.

8. Auction sale is subject to discretion to the

undersigned whose decision will be final in case of any

dispute.
