AUCTION-CUM-TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent,

ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for the lease of

usufructs at ESI Hospital Campus, Gorimedu, Puducherry.

The details of usufructs and the duration of lease of

usufructs are given in the Annexure enclosed.

2. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted for

all trees in a lot.

3. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as

“Tender for lease of usufructs” should be addressed to

the Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu,

Puducherry and send to this office on or before

24-2-20l6. (Wednesday) at 11.00 a.m. The tenders will

be opened on the same day at 11.30 a.m. in the presence

of the tenderers who are present. If the tender receiving

and opening day happens to be a holiday the tenders

will be received and opened by the same time on the

next working day.

4. Based on the highest rate quoted on the sealed

tenders, the open auction will be conducted at 11.45 a.m.

on 24-2-2016.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in cash as

earnest money deposit with this office while submitting

the tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender

is finalized.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount of bid immediately and usufructs will maintained

at his own risk and expenses.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected

extra.

11. The usufructs trees can be inspected during

office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items

will be entertained after opening the tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

offering the rate per kilogram for the purchase of

old newspapers (Tamil/English) as mentioned below:

3.00 p.m. on 15-2-2016. The tenders will be opened on

the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the

tenderers who are present at that time. In case, the day

for tender opening being declared as public holiday for

any reason, the tenders will be received and opened at

the same time on the next working day.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money

deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the

finalisation of the tender.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will

not be accepted under any circumstances.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

Contravention of the rules of the tender notice will

result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

7. The successful tenderer shall arrange to weigh the

old newspapers, pay the cost thereof along with

applicable VAT and clear the items within 24 hours from

the time of the tender is over at his own risk and cost,

failing which his earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

8. No claim on the quality, quantity and value of the

said goods will be entertained, once the tender is

finalised.

9. The materials can be inspected during office

hours on any working day in this office campus.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
