NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Equity shares and Board of Directors for the Puducherry Urban Transport Agency (PUTA)
for Operating, Monitoring and Managing Urban Transport Services was notified vide the G. O. Ms. No. 21,
dated 21-2-2014 of the Transport Secretariat, Puducherry and G. O. Ms. No. 14, dated 1-6-2015 of the Transport
Secretariat, Puducherry. The Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to approve the revised proposal of Board of Members/
Directors and Equity shares for the proposed Puducherry Urban Transport Agency Limited with the following
constitution :-

2. The Transport Planner, Transport Department, Puducherry will be the full-time Director for the Puducherry
Urban Transport Agency Limited and it will be Head Quartered in the Office of the Transport Department, Puducherry
located at 100 Feet Road, Ozhandhaikeerapalayam, Puducherry–605 004.
3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide U.O. No. 2920/F.5/A1/15-16,
dated 18-12-2015.

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited offering the rate for
purchase of unserviceable furniture items mentioned
in the Annexure belongs to Usman Government
High School, Chalakkara, Mahe.
2. The tenders in a sealed cover superscribing as
“Tender for the purchase of unserviceable items” should
be addressed to the Headmaster, Usman Government
High School, Chalakkara, Mahe, so as to reach this
office on or before 14-3-2016 at 10.00 a.m.
3. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the
same day in the presence of tenderers, if any. Tender
will be awarded to the highest tenderer on the spot.
4. Those who are interested to participate in the
tender must deposit an earnest money deposit of
` 100 (Rupees one hundred only). The earnest money

deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
after finalizing the tender and that of successful
tenderer will be kept towards the cost of the items.
5. The tender will be conducted for all the items in
a lot. Tenderers those who are interested may inspect
the items before they submit the tenders to know the
exact condition of the items kept on any working day.
6. The undersigned reserves right to cancel the
tender without assigning any reasons thereof.
Any breach of the rules of tender notice will result
in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
7. The successful tenderer should pay the amount
of tender immediately after completion of the tender
process and should remove the condemned items
within two days (on working days only) at his own risk
and expenses. Sales tax applicable will be collected extra.
8. No claim about the quantity, quality and the value
of the sold goods will be admitted later.
