ORDER

Whereas, an order was made, vide reference cited,

under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the Puducherry

Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, directing the winding

up of the affairs of the Green Avenue Co-operative

Housing Society Limited, No. P. 631;

And whereas, the financing bank was consulted in

the matter of appointment of Liquidator as required

under sub-section (1) of the section 127 of the said Act;

And whereas, the said bank has no objection for the

appointment of Liquidator to the said Society;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred

on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the

Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972. I hereby

appoint Thiru R. Rangababu, Co-operative Officer,

as the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the

said Society. Thiru R. Rangababu, Liquidator shall take

into his custody all the property, effects and actionable

claims to which the said Society is or appears to be entitled

and complete the liquidation proceedings as per law.
