AUCTION-CUM-TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent,

ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for the

condemnation of obsolete/unserviceable articles at

ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry. The details of

belongings are given in the Annexure enclosed .

2. The rate for above condemnation of obsolete/

unserviceable should be quoted in a lot.

3. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as

“Tender for condemnation/disposal of obsolete/

unserviceable articles” should be addressed to the

Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu,

Puducherry and sent to this office on or before

23-3-2016 (Wednesday) at 11.00 a.m. The tenders

will be opened on the same day at 11.30 a.m. in the

presence of the tenderers. In case of holiday declared

by the Government on the tender day, the tenders will

be received and opened by the same time on the next

working day.

4. Based on the highest quotings on the sealed

tenders, the open auction will be conducted at 11.45 a.m.

on 23-3-2016 (Wednesday).

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) in cash as

earnest money deposit with this office while submitting

the tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender

is finalised.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount of bid immediately and take delivery of all the

enclosed items within 24 hours.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected

extra.

11. The condemnation of obsolete/unserviceable

articles can be inspected during office hours on any

working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items

will be entertained after opening the tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
