NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the
National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (Central Act No. 34 of 2008) read with
the Notification in S.O.2735(E), dated 21st October, 2014 of the Ministry of Home Affairs
(Internal Security-I Division), Government of India, New Delhi, the Lieutenant-Governor,
Puducherry, hereby constitute the Court of Sessions specified in column (3) of the
Table below to be the Special Courts to exercise jurisdiction over the regions
specified in column (5) for the purposes of the said sub-section (1) of section 22
of the said Act for the trial of scheduled offences.
