Whereas, the above mentioned person is no longer

residing in this site thereby contravening the condition

stipulated under condition No. 2 of the assignment

order.

Whereas, it is reported by the Tahsildar, Taluk Office,

Karaikal that the abovesaid beneficiary is no longer

residing in the abovesaid village. However, the abovesaid

site is under consideration for issue of house site patta

to eligible beneficiary who is residing on the said site.

Now, therefore, I, R. Kesavan, I.A.S., Sub-Collector

(Revenue), Karaikal, order that the patta granted to the

person mentioned in the above Table be cancelled from

this day, the 29-3-2016.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an

industrial dispute has arisen between the management

of M/s.

Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and

Research Institute, Pillaiyarkuppam, Puducherry and

Thiru R. Karthikeyan over refusal of employment and

non-payment of subsistence allowance from 10-2-2012;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is

necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated

vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of the

Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers

conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 10

of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV

of 1947),

it is hereby directed by Secretary to

Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred

to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication.

The Labour Court, Puducherry shall submit the award

within 3 months from the date of issue of reference

as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of

the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with

rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central)

Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a

statement of claim complete with relevant documents,

list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court,

Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of

reference and also forward a copy of such statement to

each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

cancellation, as it is no longer valid.

ORDER

Whereas, an order was made vide reference cited

under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the Puducherry

Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, directing the winding

up of the affairs of the Pondicherry Labour Contract

Co-operative Society Limited, No. P.. 372;

And whereas, the financing bank viz., the Pondicherry

State Co-operative Bank Limited was consulted

in the matter of appointment of a liquidator as required

under sub-section (1) section 127 of the said Act;

And whereas, the Pondicherry State Co-operative

Bank has stated that it has no objection for the

appointment of a liquidator for the said Society;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred

on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the

Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972. I hereby

appoint Thiru R. Rangababu, Co-operative Officer as

the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the said

Society;

Thiru R. Rangababu, Co-operative Officer/Liquidator

shall take into his custody all the properties, effects and

actionable claims to which the said Society is or appears

to be entitled and complete the liquidation proceedings

as per law.
