NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred in section 166 of the Representation of
the People Act, 1951, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to delegate the powers
conferred on the State Government under the provisions of sections 160 to 165 of
the Representation of the People Act, 1951 to the officers specified in column (1)
in order to enable the requisitioning of premises/vehicles required for the smooth
conduct of General Elections to Puducherry Legislative Assembly, 2016:-
