Serial Number 5125665 of March 2010 session in respect

of Selvi. Sagaya Stella Juliet. R, an ex-pupil of Nirmala

Ranee Girls’ Higher Secondary School, Karaikal is

reported to have been lost and beyond the scope of

recovery, it is proposed to issue a duplicate certificate.

If the original certificate is to be found by anybody, it

should be sent to the Director of Government

Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no

longer valid.

Notice of Termination of Service

No. 0l2906/CS (A H)/2015-16, dated

10-2-2016 of Chief Secretariat (Animal

Husbandry), Puducherry.

Whereas, Dr. A. Perumal Mohan, Veterinary Assistant

Surgeon, who was on probation for a period of 2 years

was permitted to proceed to New Zealand to accompany

his wife in connection with her higher studies, subject

to the conditions that he should not seek or secure any

employment there during his visit abroad and should

return back to the country within the sanctioned period

of leave and to assume charge of his post of duty.

And whereas, Dr. A. Perumal Mohan, Veterinary

Assistant Surgeon was granted EOL without Medical

Certificate from 22-1-2008 to 30-4-2008 and was relieved

of his duties from the afternoon of 21-1-2008.

And whereas, the said officer thereafter has not

reported for duty on the request made by the Department

and subsequently extended the leave and then

submitted his resignation on 19-7-2011 and then

withdrew the resignation on 18-10-2011.

And whereas, the Administrative Department has

strictly instructed the said officer to join duty

immediately vide Memoranda of even Numbers, dated

5-2-2009, 9-4-2009, 22-2-2013 and 27-8-2014.

And whereas, Dr. A. Perumal Mohan has not reported for

duty and played dilatory tactics in violating the rules and failed

to join duty, instead of repeated instructions by the authority.

And whereas, the said officer wantonly remains

absent unauthorisedly for more than 7 years with effect

from 1-5-2008 and whereas, his unauthorised absence

for such a long period is totally against the ambit of

the rules in force.

And whereas, the notice under rules 5 (1) of the

Temporary Service Rules, dated 10-2-2016 was issued,

to the said officer stating that his services will be

terminated after a period of one month which expires

on 10-3-2016.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the proviso to

sub-rule (1) of rule 5 of the Central Civil Services

(Temporary Service) Rules, 1965, the services of

Dr. A. Perumal Mohan, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon,

Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare,

Puducherry is hereby terminated with effect from 1-5-2008.

Studies, Puducherry duly superscribing on the

envelope as “tender for the purchase of old/

unserviceable/obsolete laboratory articles/instruments/

apparatus/equipments/furnitures” and sent to the

undersigned and reach on or before 25-5-2016 at

11.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon
